Sewing Techniques

This program is geared toward building and developing sewing skills. It’s a great continuation after introductory sewing or the perfect alternative for those who just want to focus on refining sewing techniques.

Course Project

This course provides the opportunity to gain practical experience in the use of domestic and industrial machines. Students will produce a reference book of samples of sewing techniques. In each class you will take part in a hands-on demonstration, developing your sewing skills and learning techniques specific to making clothes.

Course Outline

At the beginning of each lesson students will learn new sewing methods with a hands on demonstration and students will refine their technique by sewing samples for their own reference book.
